Tampa Bay Magazine has selected Mark Roman, a Clearwater personal injury lawyer from Florida law firm Roman & Gaynor, as one of “Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers”. The July/August 2010 Issue of Tampa Bay Magazine is available at newsstands now.

Mark Roman has been practicing personal injury law in the Tampa Bay Area for more than 25 years. As a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, he specializes in helping clients who have sustained injury in car accidents and other serious accidents.

Mark is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay Area. He earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1986, where he graduated with honors. Mark is licensed to practice in all State courts and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida since 1986, and has been certified as an expert in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar. Less than 2% of the Lawyers in Florida share this certification.

Mark Roman maintains membership in a variety of professional organizations including the Florida Justice Association, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for Pinellas County and Pasco County.

Additionally, Mark enjoys being active in his community and has served as President of the Greater Dunedin Chamber of Commerce from 1992 to 1993. He has also volunteered as a pro bono ad litem attorney for neglected and abused children.

Mark resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife, two sons, and two daughters. In his spare time, Mark enjoys hunting and fishing.
