Carol-Lynn Roman is a native Floridian who has lived in Pinellas County
her entire life. She graduated from Dunedin High School in 1991. She attended
Stetson University in Deland on academic and service organization scholarships
and graduated from The University of South Florida in 1995 with a degree
in Mass Communications. She also received a minor degree in Political
Science. Carol-Lynn began working in the legal field as early as high
school and continued in the field throughout her education. She utilized
her education in gaining management positions in Bay Area law firms and
has been the Firm Administrator of Roman & Gaynor since its inception.
Carol-Lynn is also a Florida Registered Paralegal.
Carol-Lynn has extensive training and experience in litigation support
and, in particular, the jury selection process. When she is not assisting
in trial, Carol-Lynn handles all aspects of the firm management including
marketing and client relations.
Carol-Lynn is a recent graduate of the prestigious Leadership Pinellas
program. She was on the Board of Directors of the Homeless Emergency Project
for three years and has held leadership roles with the foundations of
Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital and Morton Plant Mease Hospital.
Carol-Lynn has 2 daughters and resides in Clearwater with her husband of 10 years.
